Port Allen Marine Services (PAMS), a subsidiary of Midland Affiliated Company, recently delivered the first of two butadiene tank barges to Shell Oil Company. The second barge is scheduled for delivery one month after the first. These barges have an overall length of 205 feet, beam of 52.
